ZigGo Run: Astro Brawl

This Privacy Policy explains how ZigGo Run: Astro Brawl (the “App”), published by Efero Techno, handles information when you use the game.

The App does not require account registration or login. It includes Classic Run, Zig Boss, online 1v1 matchmaking, Zig Studio customization, optional advertising and local notifications.

Advertising and diagnostics

The App uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. Depending on your device, region, consent choices and SDK configuration, Google Mobile Ads may process data such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), device or advertising identifiers where permitted, advertising data, app interaction data, and diagnostic/performance information.

Online 1v1 gameplay

Online 1v1 uses server infrastructure to find an opponent and maintain a multiplayer session. The game can transmit a locally generated client/session identifier, matchmaking/presence messages, selected non-photo cosmetic identifiers and gameplay state needed for the match. Network infrastructure may also process standard connection information such as IP address. A public profile, username or account is not required.

Zig Studio / photo library

If you use Zig Studio, you may choose an image from your device. The selected image is positioned/cropped locally and used on your in-game spherical player. The selected personal image is not intentionally uploaded to the online 1v1 server and is not published to a social feed or public gallery.

Local game data

Game progress, settings, virtual currency, selected cosmetics, Zig Studio state and similar preferences may be stored locally on the device.

The iOS version may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework where tracking permission is required. If you allow tracking, advertising-related identifiers and data may be used by advertising partners for personalized advertising, measurement and analytics subject to applicable law and your consent choices. If you deny permission, the App may still show ads, but advertising may be limited or less personalized.

• establish and synchronize online 1v1 matches;
• show ads and, where allowed, personalize or measure advertising;
• detect fraud, abuse or technical problems;
• diagnose crashes and improve performance;
• comply with legal and platform requirements.

Efero Techno does not intentionally maintain an account database for the App because account registration is not required. Local app data remains on the device until changed, cleared or removed. Third-party service providers and hosting infrastructure may retain technical information for periods determined by their own policies, security requirements and service configuration.

The App is rated according to the age rating shown on the App Store and is not designed as a service specifically directed to children under 13. The App does not include user-to-user chat, a public social feed or account-based social networking.

• You may deny or later change tracking permission in iOS Settings.
• You may decline photo access or simply not use Zig Studio.
• You may disable local notifications in the App or device settings.
• Where required by law, advertising consent choices may be presented through supported consent tools.

Reasonable technical and organizational steps are used to protect the App and its services. No internet transmission, advertising SDK or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App, its features, SDKs, legal requirements or data practices change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are published.

Oyun; yerel olarak oluşturulan istemci/oturum kimliği, eşleştirme ve çevrimiçi durum mesajları, fotoğraf olmayan seçili kozmetik kimlikleri ve maç için gerekli oyun durumunu iletebilir. Ağ altyapısı IP adresi gibi standart bağlantı bilgilerini de teknik olarak işleyebilir. Kullanıcı adı, herkese açık profil veya hesap gerekmez.

Zig Studio / fotoğraf arşivi

Zig Studio kullanıldığında cihazdan bir görsel seçilebilir. Görsel cihaz üzerinde konumlandırılır/kırpılır ve oyun içindeki küresel oyuncu üzerinde kullanılır. Seçilen kişisel görsel online 1v1 sunucusuna bilerek yüklenmez; sosyal akış veya herkese açık galeride yayınlanmaz.

Yerel oyun verileri

Oyun ilerlemesi, ayarlar, sanal para, seçili kozmetikler, Zig Studio durumu ve benzeri tercihler cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak saklanabilir.

iOS sürümü, takip izninin gerekli olduğu durumlarda Apple App Tracking Transparency çerçevesi üzerinden izin isteyebilir. Takibe izin verilirse reklamla ilişkili tanımlayıcılar ve veriler yürürlükteki mevzuat ve izin tercihleri doğrultusunda kişiselleştirilmiş reklam, ölçüm ve analiz için kullanılabilir. İzin verilmezse reklamlar yine gösterilebilir ancak daha sınırlı veya daha az kişiselleştirilmiş olabilir.

Uygulama hesap kaydı gerektirmediği için Efero Techno, Uygulama adına bilerek bir kullanıcı hesabı veritabanı tutmaz. Yerel uygulama verileri değiştirilene, temizlenene veya uygulama kaldırılana kadar cihazda kalabilir. Üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılar ve barındırma altyapısı teknik bilgileri kendi politikaları ve güvenlik gereksinimlerine göre belirlenen sürelerle saklayabilir.

Uygulama App Store'da gösterilen yaş derecelendirmesine göre sınıflandırılır ve özellikle 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik bir hizmet olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Kullanıcılar arası sohbet, herkese açık sosyal akış veya hesap tabanlı sosyal ağ özelliği bulunmaz.

• Takip iznini reddedebilir veya iOS Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsiniz.
• Fotoğraf erişimini reddedebilir veya Zig Studio'yu kullanmayabilirsiniz.
• Yerel bildirimleri uygulama veya cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
• Yasanın gerektirdiği yerlerde reklam izinleri desteklenen onay araçları üzerinden sunulabilir.

Uygulamayı ve hizmetlerini korumak için makul teknik ve organizasyonel önlemler uygulanır. Hiçbir internet aktarımı, reklam SDK'sı veya online hizmetin tamamen güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez.

Uygulama, özellikleri, SDK'lar, hukuki gereklilikler veya veri uygulamaları değiştiğinde bu Gizlilik Politikası güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde “Son güncelleme” tarihi yenilenir.
